Female only house near city centre

1 room available in the house, move in possible from start of April. It’s about 10/15 minute walk into the city centre. It's located near 2 parks on a cute quiet street. It's a big house with a nice kitchen/lounge area and a nice garden with a fire and bean bags. The room available is the attic double room. Room comes furnished with a double bed, and chest of drawers, large wardrobe and a desk. Washer, dryer and all kitchen appliances available. House currently has 3 girls, everyone’s lovely and gets on well. It’s a very clean house so looking for someone who can maintain this. All bills inc council tax included. Viewings available whenever.

There is a parking permit available if you need it.

We are looking for 1 girl to join our house of 3 girls, all working professionals and sociable. We want someone who we can be friends with not just flatmates, the house often go to cinema together etc. All relatively new to Leeds. We want to make it into a cute girls house where we do movie nights/cook together etc but we all work full time so also appreciate our own time.

I am 23, newish to Leeds and easy going. I work in marketing/graphic design. I am very sporty and will be going to lots of new clubs in Leeds, so would love a flatmate who may also want to join! No pets currently, but we aren’t against a cute dog!
