Hi, I'm looking to rent the spare room in my 2 bed flat. Comes fully furnished already, and you will have your own room and bathroom, and a shared kitchen/living room. The bathroom has a bath but not a full shower (see pictures), and the kitchen has all the utilities you'd expect, dishwasher, washing machine etc.

Around 10-15 mins walk to city centre and available immediately. Also included is a parking space, and the location has excellent motorway connections.

Long term lets preferred (12 months min) and professionals only.

I'm a clean and tidy person, so looking for someone similar. I work in IT, and usually work in the office. Outside of work, I enjoy running, reading, playing video games etc.

All utility bills, council tax etc included in price.
