Hello! We're looking for 1 housemates to join our lovely 4-bed house, which is just a 3-minute walk to Worsley Building and 10-min walk to Leeds city centre!
You'd be living with 3 friendly people aged 21-23, one medical student and two professional housemates. There is a shared living room, kitchen and dining room. There is an upstairs room for rent with good lighting and has a sink in it.
Rent is approx. £95 per week (we are splitting bills separately). The house comes under council tax Band B which is relevant to professional people.
We're ideally looking for:
