Looking for someone to take over my tenancy at IQ Marsden House (LS3 1JZ).
It’s a Bronze En Suite Plus on the tenth floor- a private room with a small double bed, private bathroom, a nice view into the city and a shared kitchen/living area with friendly flat mates. The room is modern, bright and fully furnished with everything you need: desk, chair, wardrobe and storage. Located just a 5 minute walk from Leeds Beckett city campus and the university of Leeds; it’s perfect for students who want to live close to campus as well as the city centre.
Rent is £180 per week (all bills, WiFi and insurance included) and the deposit is £175. I’m moving back home due to certain reasons, so looking for someone to take over my tenancy ASAP! The tenancy transfer will be done officially through the IQ student accommodation team, so everything will be handled securely and properly. So far I have no criticisms of the accommodation and have had an enjoyable experience so far! The facilities include: 24/7 security and reception, on site gym, study areas and laundry room, social spaces and common rooms such as a cinema room with a pool and ping pong table and weekly community events on.
