Hi, I am looking for someone to take over my tenancy in this 1 bedroom flat (I am having to relocate for work). The flat is suitable for students/ professionals, and could be shared by a couple if wanted.

The tenancy is fixed term until 30th June 2026 (but there is the possibility for this can be renewed for a further year if wanted). I can be flexible on when it is available from- the rent has been paid until the end of February for those wanting to move in sooner at no additional cost.
