The apartment is situated on the 6th floor of a modern block in Leeds city centre, just a 7 minute walk from the train station, and very close to offices at Wellington Place, Whitehall Road and Wellington Street. The block is on the riverbank, and next to the footbridge over the river to the canal. The address is Whitehall Waterfront, 2 Riverside Way, LS1 4EF.

The current tenant is moving out so I am seeking someone to move in to the second room. I am 27 year old professional working 9-5 Monday to Friday in Leeds city centre. I'm preferably seeking another professional to move in from February 2026. The tenancy is due to start on 22nd February, however this can be brought forward if required.

The apartment consists of two bedrooms with en suites, a hallway area with a storage cupboard and washing machine, and an open plan kitchen / living area, with 2 fridges, a dishwasher and 4 ring electric hobs. There is also a private balcony overlooking the river and canal. The apartment is fully furnished. There is a reception and a full concierge service provided 12 hours a day 7 days a week, including secure collection and storage of packages / post.
