Lovely spare room with balcony - Leeds Dock

I have a spare room to rent in my lovely city centre apartment. The room comes with a large wardrobe and balcony and is located across the river from the Royal Armouries. I’m out of town approx 3 days each week, so you’d have the entire apartment to yourself for nearly half the week :) The rent accounts for this and is inclusive of all bills.

Im a friendly and easygoing person and would like someone who I can be friends with, as well as enjoying our own space when needed. I’m into fitness, cooking, the outdoors, film, nature and music!
