We are Tia & Scott, a young married couple living by the river in Leeds (very close to the centre) and are interested in renting out 2 rooms.

We live in a beautiful new build, river front, 4 storey, 4 bedroom house with stunning views. You'll have your own furnished double bedroom and private bathroom or furnished double bedroom with shared shower room. And access to the living room with new 75" TV, large kitchen diner with all appliances, washer & dryer, another household bathroom and the garden which has a day bed. The house is huge so there's plenty of space. We are friendly, relaxed and chilled. Happy to be sociable or give you space. We have a dog (chihuahua) and a cat so hoping for animal lovers and smoking is fine.

The house is a 5-10 minute stroll along the river to Leeds Dock and a 15-20 walk into Leeds City Centre. There are also shops and a bus stop within easy walking distance.

The rent for the room is £600pcm or £500pcm depending on which room you choose and £150pcm contribution towards all bills. I'd also require a refundable deposit of £500.
