Hey!! I am looking for someone to take over my tenancy for my lovely room at Leeds Docks.
Rent is £562.50 per month, water bill is included.
With bills it is around £730 per month, including Council Tax (which is D)
It is available from the end of April until 18th September. Rent is already paid for this month so nothing would be due until the 18th May.
The flat is a 2bed, 2bath with a balcony and you will have sole use of the main bathroom with a bath.
The room is fully furnished, minus the mirror and desk. The room comes with a cupboard room which I use as a ‘walk in wardrobe’
There is not set parking but I have my car here permanently and have parked it on the road outside on Chadwick street with no issues.
The other tenant in the flat is a lovely young professional female who I have become good friends with, and I am so sad to be moving out of here but due to a change in circumstance I have to :(
