En-Suite Room in Two Bedroom Apartment

I am looking for a replacement tenant to move into my room in a two bedroom apartment in Leeds City Centre :) It is a great place to live with a free on-site gym, two resident lounges so great if you work from home, 24/7 concierge and also pet friendly. The current tenant is a 22 year old female professional so looking for someone similar to move in! The room is unfurnished, however I am happy to negotiate if needs be. There is currently a 1 year old cat named Margot who lives there too so must be happy to be around a little fur baby who is no trouble whatsoever. Council tax is £103.50 a month, WI-FI is free and included in the tenancy and electricity is £50 a month!
