My current housemate is moving out due to a change in jobs, and I'm looking for someone to replace him.

The flat is in an awesome location, being just 5mins walk from the train station, and with a couple of bars and a convenience store on the ground floor of the building.

There's a concierge present 24/7 if any help is needed.

There's a balcony, which gets plenty of sun in the summer and the flat comes fully furnished with dishwasher too. As I already live here the internet, TV (with free sky) etc is all sorted out already, bills come to about £115 extra a month.

The room is very spacious, with access to the balcony and a great en-suite bathroom.

The flat has a parking space in a private garage below the building, which is an optional extra (£75/month).

The flat is always kept pretty clean and obviously the dishwasher helps out a tonne.
