Flatmate wanted for large 2 bed flat in citycentre

Hi there,

I'm looking for a new flatmate to move into a very spacious double room, living with a lovely flatmate called Jason.

As in the pictures the room to rent is a large double room that is already furnished. The mattress in the pictures is a king size and has now gone and there is a bed and mattress ready to go in in the next few days. There is a large bathroom (this is for your sole use) but this is not en suite. The rest of the flat is very spacious with an open plan kitchen/living area.

If parking is an essential then I would possibly be able to sort out a space in the car park under the building but this would be for a separate fee and usually are around £130 a month. The flat is also very conveniently placed for the city as it is less than a 10 minute walk into the centre.

All bills are included and with this comes:
Council tax included
Broadband and wifi.
Amazon TV Fire stick (with Prime video and music).
Dishwasher.
Washing machine
