Double room ensuite-the calls- short term 1 month

Hi!
This is a short term let for 1 month. The room is available 1st march. I am moving in April so just extending the contract for a month and my flat mate had moved out.

It is a great location, just on the calls at The Chandlers so only a few minutes to call lane. The room is a double furnished ensuite (chest of drawers not included in the picture). Also comes with a large fitted wardrobe and the ensuite is a double shower.
I am really easy to live with and I am looking for someone who keeps the place clean and tidy also.

I would prefer a professional but a mature student is fine.
I do have a little dog called Rupert who is lovely! He is no trouble at all and loves attention!
