Hi All,
My name is Mmathabo (25) and I'm an Accountant in one of the big 4 accounting firms in the city centre.

I'm looking for someone (female/male) to replace my current flat mate of almost 2 years as she is moving at the end of June to live with her partner.

The room that's available is an ensuite (so you won't have to share a bathroom). The flat is allocated one space in complex's undercover parking, as I current don't have a car, this will be available free of charge.

The flat is conveniently located at the Gateway (West wing) with shops and restaurants within 10 mins away. The train station is about 10 to 12 minutes away. Like seriously, it's a dream flat.

The flat is taken care of by a letting agency (Linley and Simpson) and they will need an admin fee of only £210 and the deposit is £532.50.

I am tidy, not noisy, considerate and would prefer to live live with someone similar. You don't need to have the same interests as I do:). If this sounds like your next home, please let me know so that we can arrange for you to view.
