The flat is really big, light and well loved. It has two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The furniture is mostly new and really good quality. It's being freshly painted and the kitchen tiled.
Double bedroom available with the main bathroom all to yourself. It’s clean and modern.
There’s a big open living space with the kitchen at one end and a Juliet balcony at the other.
Free on street parking out the back or secure parking spaces can be rented in the car park. There’s lots of green space around the flat even though it’s in the city centre which is nice, lots of BBQs in the summer and decent views.
Bills are about £100 but internet and service charges are included with the room.
Flat comes with gym access if you go and get a pass from the management office in town.
Sorry no pets or smokers! It’s a two person flat only so I won’t consider renting one room to a couple sorry.
