Hi guys, I'm a 25 year old female with 1 double rooms to rent. I spend a lot of time in Sheffield, so won't be around much as I also work shifts. My house is very homely and hopefully you can make this your home for as long you need too! The house is in a lovely part of liversedge and not on a main road. It has off street parking for two cars, good security, nice patio area at the rear of the house. I also have a conservatory which gives the house a nice spacious living area. There is a bath, shower, washer machine, dish washer, double beds, wardrobes and dining area. You are welcome to use anything in the house. I would expect you to respect the neighbours late at night and keep the house in presentable order.
