Peaceful Double Room/Part-time (Furnished)

The house is located next to a train station situated between Leeds and Wakefield with a 10 minute journey each way.

I have a double room that is furnished with a double bed, orthopedic mattress, bedside table and built in cupboards. There is also a rail for hanging clothes.

Bills included- Wi-fi, heating and electricity (with sensible use), water. Also included is a cleaner twice a month.

I share the house with my two schnauzers who are fully house trained. Would love someone that is comfortable to help look after them too.

There is a large kitchen diner and living room downstairs with a garden to the rear and upstairs is 3 rooms (2 bedrooms and 1 used as an office) Also a bathroom with, bath, shower, basin and toilet.

There is parking on the private road. I also have an outbuilding perfect for storage or a place to keep a bike.

About us

We are a couple working full time. We are family orientated and spend my weekends relaxing, playing sport and seeing friends.

If you are looking for a peaceful home and place to relax then please get in touch. This is not a student or party household so no fear of too much noise.

We are out most evenings playong sport, training or coaching.

We are looking for shorter term (up to 6 months) or part-time (2-3 days a week) renters but would consider longer for the right arrangement. Cost can be negotiated dependent on number of days a week.
