I have a wonderful old Border Collie who is utterly silent and spends a lot of time out walking with me.
I am a lifelong vegetarian but you don't need to be.
I simply love all animals so don't eat them.

No broadband at present as I use tethering from my 'phone to PC but happy to share cost of new install if required.

I'm fit and healthy and spend a lot of time out walking. Marsden is excellent for walks.

I do understand that trying to find a cosy relaxing place to rent is stressfull. So come and have a cuppa and let's talk.
I will pay all the bills, you pay me weekly or monthly.
I adore Marsden but on a pension, I can't afford to pay everything on my own. The recent tenant has now moved on so the home is available again now.
