Double bedroom in menston

Hi,
We are a young couple looking to rent out our spare room. We are looking for a clean and tidy working professional, we usually keep to ourselves but dont mind a friendly chit chat here and there.
We have a nice little conservatory that is great to relax with a coffee and read a book. A shared lounge that has disney plus on. However we don't have a TV license because we don't watch any live TV and therefore it is up to you to purchase that if you would use that. The toilet and shower room is shared with us and we expect you to contribute to keeping the household tidy 😊

You must love cats because we have two squid and Vincent, who love to snuggle and play.

The room comes with all bills included, we will also provide all shared household products such as toilet paper, hand soap and cleaning products. However, you will be responsible for buying your own laundry detergent and food etc. Menston train station is only a 2-3 minute walk which is handy!

We do not require a deposit, but we do need 6 weeks of rent upfront.
