We are pleased to offer a newly refurbished double room in our modern family house, located in a quiet location on the edge of a new build housing estate. Due to our growing family we have this room available Monday to Friday (arrive on Monday, or late Sunday with prior arrangement, and vacate by midday on Friday).

The house is in an excellent location for commuting, benefiting from regular direct busses to Leeds and Wakefield and just 5 minutes from J28/J29 M62 and J41/J44 M1 motorways. There is a small retail park with supermarkets, shops and take away food available within walking distance.

The room benefits from a double bed, internet enabled modern TV, alarm radio clock, plenty of wardrobe storage and fast fibre internet. It has a pleasant outlook onto the garden and adjacent fields. The occupant will have sole use of the main house bathroom (including separate shower) during their time at the property. There is shared use of the fully equipped kitchen including washing machine and fridge freezer space. Plenty of on street parking surrounds the property. We have an electric vehicle charge point which can be used at a small additional cost.

Uniquely we are pleased to offer use of our large heated indoor swim spa (jacuzzi hot tub) with its own dedicated wet room style shower and changing area.

Utilities are subject to fair usage policy and we do not allow use of electrical heating equipment in the bedroom. No Pets. No smoking or vaping inside but we do allow smoking or vaping outside in the enclosed courtyard style rear garden.
