Double room

Hi there :) I am a professional female seeking a fellow female professional to flat share with - with the potential to buddy up in looking for somewhere bigger than my flat, or to stay in the flat Happy for either. :)

I work within a NHS mental health hospital. Interests include: walking; day trips out; music (both rock and pop); dancing; films; coffee; food and baking; nights out; nights in; exercise classes; poetry; creativity.

If you think we might get along and need a room to rent or would like to buddy up and house hunt for something bigger, then please do drop a message :)

The room itself is a small double room in a lovely two bed flat with bathroom directly opposite. My own room has an ensuite so the flat has 2 bathrooms. Bills would be around £150pm on top.

10 minute walk into chapel allertons popular centre with shops, bars, coffee spots and restaurants.

5 minute drive to Roundhay park and close to both the city centre (bus stop is opposite the block of flats) and green countryside areas; the best of both worlds! Ample parking space.

Please note that the picture currently shows items which would be completely removed should anybody move in. There is not currently a bed in the room so the room itself would be unfurnished. The rest of the flat is furnished but also comes with kitchen cupboard space (if needed).
