*Posted on Leeds Girl if anyone wants to message off this site* Double bedroom available in north Leeds flat. Nice quiet street, on street parking available outside the flat. Waiting for current flatmate to move out so move in date is currently flexible but can discuss.

Local amenities include: Aldi/Lidl/Sainsbury's 5-10 min drive away. Roundhay Park 10 min drive away. Leeds City Centre 20 min bus ride away.

Double room (Bed and mattress provided, rest of furniture would need bringing yourself)

Shared living room/ bathroom/kitchen.

I have my 2 cats at the property so person would have to be an animal lover, usually will leave you alone as they sleep a lot but may want to interact/ cuddle.

Ideally looking for a respectful, friendly, professional housemate as I work long hours. Up for socialising when I do have time off work! Also happy to leave you to your own devices if that's what is wanted.

Don't have Freeview TV but have Netflix/ Amazon/ Disney etc.

Deposit is just first months rent upfront :)
