Due to me and my partner separating, a room has become available in a two bed flat. I have rented for 2 years with no issues from LL. Met him a handful of times and he carries out work when required.
I have two small dachshunds, so new flatmate needs to be okay with dogs. I’m sorry, my dogs are not good with cats (gutted as I would also love one).
I’m clean, laid back and looking for someone who is sociable. I like my own space, but I also like having a chat after work or going for the occasional drink. I work from home 2 days a week.
Excellent transportation links with a bus stop outside the flat which takes you on the 7A directly into the city centre in about 20 mins. I drive to the city which also takes me about the same time, if not slightly quicker. There is also a parking space available around the back of the property.
The room comes with a bed and a wardrobe, but the wardrobe is a wee bit wobbly so am happy to take it down if someone wanted to bring their own. The rest of the house is furnished.
