I am a female physiotherapy lecturer /practitioner and live in a three bedroomed semi in a cul -de -sac in Moortown. The property is centrally heated and has a large garden and off street parking.

I have a large spacious furnished double bedroom available with broadband, desk, bookshelf and wardrobe etc..
The cul de sac is quiet and peaceful and this property would suit a female needing to study or professional working. It would also suit a professional working in leeds mon- fri. Off street parking available.
The property is near to local supermarkets and the ring road and to bus routes into Leeds city centre. Its also near to Chapel Allerton with a nice selection of restaurants.

I am usually quite busy with my academic and clinical work so out a lot and when in do a fair bit of studying myself so it's a fairly studious place for the most part.

I'm fairly sociable and involved in the local Baptist church. I attend a regular crossfit gym which I love despite the fact I'm amazed they let me in..!

My wider family are all in Lancs so I cross the Pennines fairly frequently to visit and occasionally take off overseas to do some short term teaching.
I have been involved in development work previously and remain interested in this area but also am involved in St Georges Crypt in Leeds and have a great time volunteering there. Just recently a female koren student doing her Phd has moved into the small bedroom but it still leaves the big bedroom going spare.
