Beautiful double room for rent

I am looking for a female flatmate to rent the second room in this ground floor, 2 bedroom apartment. It is in a great location (8 min walk to the "Chapel Allerton Triangle") with easy access to the city centre. The bus stop is 2 minutes away and there are very regular buses into town. There is also a Sainsburys local 2 mins away alongside take-aways, a doctors' surgery etc.

The apartment itself is gorgeous and furnished to a very high standard. I keep it in good condition and would like a flatmate that is happy to clear up after themselves and do their fair share to keep it nice. I would also like someone who is kind and friendly, perhaps we could eat together sometimes, go out for a cocktail, watch TV etc.

I am up fairly early in the morning (around 6.30am) and an ideal flatmate would not mind a small amount of noise as I get ready for work!
