This is a shared property that currently has two other male housemates. They are both professionals in their 50s and are usually working opposite hours so you most likely wont see them at the house at the same time.
The house has two bathrooms and one en-suite. The room advertised is next to the main bathroom with a shower and a bath. You will be sharing the shower with one other person but will have your own toilet.
This is a quiet house in a quiet area and suitable for professionals that are working nearby as this is a fantastic location if you work in Morley, Leeds, or Bradford with great motorway links.
There is a private drive and some off the street parking available.
