Double Bedroom with Private Toilet

Hi, I have a double bedroom available for this June. Its on the first floor and has a private bathroom next to it which is only available to you (there is a house bathroom and a en-suite for other two housemates. The main bathroom is on the 2nd floor and only shared with one more person who is only in the house 4 days per week. This is a quiet house in a quiet area and suitable for professionals or people who enjoy peace and quiet. I have recently moved out of the property so you will be sharing the house with two other professionals. I am looking for a nice and friendly person who would respect my house and other housemates and is generally clean and keeps high personal hygiene. There is a nice kitchen and living room with everything that you ever need including a Nespresso coffee machine for those coffee lovers!

I would be able to come up and meet you and show you around if you are interested!

I can confirm the council tax is included in the total bill and you will not have to worry about any bills!

We have a cleaner who does a monthly clean every last Wednesday of the month and everyone chips in £8 ( I reimburse half of the cost) to ensure the cleanliness of the house.
