The M62, M1 and M621 Motorways are also on the door step for commuting. Morley town centre is about 20 minutes walk where there is also a Morrisons, Aldi and plenty of other shops, bars and resturants.
The White Rose Shopping Center is near by the property too, about a 15 minute country walk
There is free parking near the property with no permits needed.
