You’ll be sharing with a friendly live-in landlord who values a comfortable, positive, well-kept home. I’m a keen runner if you’re into running too, I’d be happy to have a housemate who enjoys the occasional jog or is training for another sporting event! No pressure though - this is a peaceful space if you just want to relax and be comfortable.

I also enjoy cooking something special every now and then and experimenting with different freshly ground coffee beans in the espresso machine.

A bond/security deposit is required to secure the room, which will be returned at the end of your stay, provided everything remains in good condition. Rent is always paid four weeks in advance.
