Room with ensuite in new property - Morley

Hello there,

I'm Harvey. I live alone in my house in Morley. It is about 20 mins walk to Morley centre / Train station.
Only a 2 minute walk to a bus stop on Churwell Hill. Which gets you into Leeds centre in around 15 mins for £2.50.
Taxis from leeds city centre often cost less than £10.

There is also a scenic walk to the white rose shopping centre. Less than 20 mins to walk there through a public path through a farm.

The room to rent comes with wardrobe, dresser and your own ensuite with shower, toilet and sink.
The room can hold a desk for those that WFH.

The house has a very large patio with furniture and hammock.

TV for room provided or you can bring your own for your room. Can also put a desk in there too, but don't have a monitor.

Downstairs there is a cross-trainer available to use, as well as a spacious living room.

A separate kitchen area with table boasts large air fryer and both stainless steel pans and non-stick.


Im a relaxed chilled out person. And this is a relaxed street. We are tucked away at the end of the street with no noise or traffic. Totally safe area.

In the attic there is a lot of out the way storage available. Although we are limited by what can get through the hatch. Up to a suitcase width is fine.
