This lovely home is located in a nice residential area. It is safe, quiet and the area is lovely with many amenities to hand. This is a houseshare that is suited to those looking for something much nicer than the norm!

The rent includes all bills - superfast fibre optic wifi, council tax, gas, electric and all utilities. There is nothing else to pay - and no hidden charges. We even have a cleaner who visits to deep clean the communal areas!

Parking is permit only and free, meaning if you have a car, you will never struggle to park.

The bedroom is very large. It has a extra large built in wardrobe, desk, chair, chest of draws and super thick good quality mattress for extra comfort too. There is a tv point in the bedroom so you can bring your own tv for your bedroom if you wish. Please note, if you work from home and need a bigger desk, we can supply this too.

The house is very lovely indeed, newly decorated with brand new kitchen, good quality furniture. The kitchen contains all pots, pans, crockery, extra large fridge freezer and microwave. In fact, the house has is everything you might need!.
The living room has a large screen TV, soft comfy leather sofas and a dining table. There is a HDMI cable for those netflix binges!

There is also a laundry room with washing machine and tumble dryer.
Single occupancy only with no pets. No couples and must be working.
