Bright, white Double with own Bathroom

This is a quiet, welcoming home, with a large, social kitchen, a cosy lounge, and a huge garden.

The bedroom on offer is situated at the back of the house, overlooking the gardens. It's big and light, simply decorated in white with light grey curtains and a deep purple carpet. It has two fitted double wardrobes, though no bed at the moment - either you bring your own or we can arrange to have one installed.

The bathroom pictured is next door to your room. This would mainly be yours to use alone as both other rooms have ensuite bathrooms.

The whole house has recently been refurbished and this room has been left white and simple - ready for a personal touch.

Yoga-tantra facilitator mainly working with women.
I've converted the garage into a mini studio and would often, normally, have small groups over to meditate, chat, and support one another. I'm currently working online.

Marley the dog -
Great for cuddles and tends to win the hearts of everyone who meets him.

Tenant -
Sara works in a local primary school. She's polite, respectful, and quiet.

We generally do our own thing and the house is usually very calm and tidy.

Gledhow Valley Woods is at one end of the road and there's a large 24hr Tescos at the other end - best of both worlds; nature and convenience!

Oakwood village is a five minute walk, with Roundhay Park a little further. Chapel Allerton makes for a lovely walk to on a summer's day. Plus the No.12 bus stop, a few minutes away, is a quick ride into town.
