We have a very large bedroom available from 1st November 2020. The room is very large, including it's own sink and currently has wardrobe and chest of draw, as well as a desk already in the room (the landlord will likely have other furniture if needed).
All bills are included in the price, except for TV licence. We also all chip in for toilet roll, kitchen equipment etc.
There are a shared bathroom, kitchen, living room, dining room and garden as part of the property. There is on street parking and the house is a two minute walk to a bus stop near Oakwood Clock. we are also incredibly close to Roundhay Park.
There are three other housemates (2 male, 1 female), all professionals. We often socialise together, including going to a bar, going on day trips, often cook and eat together as well as socialise together on an evening. We would all welcome someone to join us.
The landlord is really accommodating and we are on a monthly rolling contract with him.
Happy to answer any of your questions, but we would like to meet in person before we accept any offers for the room.
Pictures will be uploaded soon.
