I work from home, and due to my current medical situation have difficulty with cleaning and hoovering, so would be willing to negotiate a lowering your share of the bills in exchange for help around the home, or to explore hiring a shared cleaner.

Sometimes my hobbies run very late into the night, so I may not be a good match for light sleeper. The stairs up to the property are quite steep, so it may not be suitable for those with mobility issues.
