Lovely house decorated to a high standard with 1 live in landlady and a chilled out cat.
All bills included. Landlady May work away at some point. Really looking for someone who would be happy to feed Betty cat while I’m away (hence the reasonable room rate with all bills included). She is a super easy going cat and either asleep or out most of the time.
Must like cats.
