The modern bathroom has a thermostatic shower and separate bath for those times when only a one-hour soak will do..

Rent includes all bills (Gas, electric, water, council tax, tv licence etc) no deposit required.

Parking is on-stret, but there are no restrictions and a safe parking space can usually be found close by at any given time of day or night.

There is a washing machine and separate tumble dryer.

The house is respectfully managed, well maintained. Communal areas are cleaned once a month. .
