The room:
Fully furnished, spacious, garden facing double bedroom, with work space, bedside mood lighting, TV Aerial and built in wardrobe.

The location is quiet, only a short walk to Pontefract centre and ASDA supermarket. Parking is on-street but there is always a space very close to the house.

Shared spaces:
There is a comfortable living room, with PS4, wall mounted TV with Netflix, a decent kitchen with ample storage and all mod cons. There is a washer and dryer.

The shared modern bathroom has a bath, and separate thermostatic shower

There is a small, private rear garden for enjoying during the summer.

References will be required.
