Double En Suite. Modern large house, all bills

4 bed house but only 2 rooms used as bedrooms (other one is for the live in landlord)

Looking for someone to take the en Ensuite spare room. First time living alone in years, so would be great if we shared similar interests too.

(Note poppy the dog lives here, a 10 year old cavapoo who is a huge softie and just wants cuddles and feeding.....)

Comes with all bills included and 80Mb fiber internet. The room (one in pictures) has a double bed. Wardrobe, TV, and bedside tables. And is en suite with toilet shower and sink.

The house actually has 3 floors and my room is the top one (which also has en suite). So would just be you on middle floor. (Main bathroom, which hardly gets used, office and dressing room are on middle floor too).

Downstairs we have the hall. Kitchen with oven, 6 hob gas burner. And all other bits you expect!. Then living room has a 2 and 4 seat sofa. 55 inch TV, Xbox, switch.

Then we have a large garden with decking, and garage and drive. It's on a quiet estate but perfect for heading into Leeds, Doncaster, Wakefield and other surrounding towns.

About myself, I'm friendly and respectable, enjoy going to the gym and taking our dog for a walk, going out for food, and just chilling watching TV. Would be great to live with someone with similar interests, but we have more than enough space here to do our own thing :)
