Double room to rent in rural Arthington

BEDROOM TO RENT in rural Arthington (LS21) on West View

Looking for a courteous, tidy male or female to rent my spare room. No pets (I already have two dogs).

I am the Landlady & live in the house with my two dogs Dotty & Bessie. They’re small Bedlington Terriers - loveable & well behaved.

It’s a two bed house and the spare room is a good size. It’s recently been decorated so a fresh space to be in & includes access to the usual NETFLIX/free WIFI etc.
There is a made up double bed with a decent mattress and a chest of drawers/side table. Also a rail to hang clothes on is in there.

Nearest train station is a few miles away in Weeton. Direct links into LEEDS & HARROGATE. Otley is closest town a few miles away with a huge array of shops, restaurants, bars and cafes & buses in all directions. A mile down the road there is a lovely pub called The White Hart, and we’re on the doorstep of Harewood House & a Donkey Sanctuary! There’s a path right by the house which takes you either up onto the moors or down to the river for walking & swimming in the summer - a truly beautiful spot under the stunning viaduct.

Shared bathroom & other living spaces too. Garden to front and back.
ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING in the house - feel free to do it outside though.
I work from home 3 days a week so am in the house quite a lot.

PLEASE NOTE - I have only just moved into the house & will be doing it up to modernise it. Any property renovations will not affect living conditions though - there will just be bits going on from time to time.
