Hello. We’re looking for a new housemate (female/non binary preferred) to share our peaceful 3 bedroom house in Potternewton with us (Emily, 42, Sarah, 40) and Frody the cat. We’re chatty, friendly and respectful of each others space and downtime and would like to find someone similar.
The house is in a great location and the room is a spacious double on the first floor with a full sized private bathroom. So plenty of storage space, light and your own bath. Rent is £550 pcm bills included (electric paid up to £150 p/m)
