We are Chris and Karen who have a beautifully presented fully furnished two bed ground floor apartment in a peaceful area of Troydale, Pudsey with 1no fully fitted double bedroom to rent.

The room has fully fitted modern wardrobes, small computer desk area, double bed, electric heating and wall mounted TV. The occupants will have their own bathroom with overhead shower and access to modern lounge, kitchen and dining area. You will be sharing the apartment with the owner who will only be there occasionally giving a good element of privacy, in particularly between Mon to Fri.
