Hi there! I'm a live-in landlord in my early 30s, sharing my home with my two friendly Goldendoodles (who do not malt!). I'm currently in a relationship, and my partner often spends time here on weeknights and weekends, so I'm looking for someone who's comfortable with this living arrangement.

Open to full-time lets and professional discounted Mon-Fri lets.

I own a quality 3-bedroom mid-terraced house on a quiet street within a 10-minute walk to Pudsey town centre. The property has excellent transport links to Leeds, Bradford and local amenities.

I am offering my spare double bedroom which is a clean and neutral space.

Comes with a double-bed, double-wardrobe, chest of drawers, full-length mirror and a bedside table – happy to discuss additional items on request.

The kitchen has been recently renovated with top of the range oven, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine.

One large bathroom to be shared.

Plenty of storage throughout the house along with an attic and garage.

Cosy living/dining room with 65” TV and plenty of streaming services.

I keep the house clean and tidy and am looking for someone who is the same way.

Bills include council tax, water, gas & electric and fast fibre broadband.
