Large double room in Pudsey

We are a professional young couple offering a large double room in Pudsey.

The room is on the 2nd floor of our house with a separate bathroom next door. Pudsey town centre and bus station is a 5-10 minute walk away, New Pudsey rail station a 5 minute drive, and Leeds/Bradford city centres a 10-15 minute drive.

Rent is £425 per month, including all bills (water, gas, electric, council tax, TV licence and fibre optic broadband).

We are looking for someone clean and tidy, and friendly but also happy to do their own thing.

The room is furnished with plenty of storage space. You would be welcome to use our washing machine, tumble dryer, 2-in-1 exercise bike/cross trainer etc... We have space for a bicycle and on street parking is available.

Rental would be subject to a deposit and credit check, plus suitable references (to cover our backs) and a signed written agreement.
