Lodger wanted to share large detached house with busy professional live-in landlord. The house has gas central heating, a large garden, garage, off-street parking, ample storage, a modern kitchen and bathroom, wifi, and home theatre system in the front room (Netflix included!), and all bills are included in the £320 PCM.

The house is well connected, in close proximity to central Pudsey (15 minutes walk), Pudsey bus station (10 minutes walk), New Pudsey train station (30 minutes walk), and a bus stop immediately outside the house serviced by the fast X14 route into Leeds.

There are a couple of convenience stores/corner shops a few minutes away, a Sainsbury's local in the middle of Pudsey, and an ASDA superstore at the Owlcotes centre near New Pudsey station. We also have an excellent GP surgery, municipal pool, gym and so on minutes away.

The room is furnished but I'm happy to be flexible if you don't need a table or would like extra storage space etc. Professionals would be preferred but I'll happily consider students; likewise, I'm expecting a single lodger but if you are a couple I'm happy to discuss specifics.

Finally, I have a very friendly kitten, so it's probably not worth dropping me a line if you dislike cats or have an allergy. Otherwise, please do get in touch.
