Converted from a 1 bed flat to a 3 bed around 2009, this conveniently located home (kind of a duplex) is a comfortable size. 5 minutes from a supermarket in two directions, 15 minutes from the train station (on foot) and 10 minutes down the road from the centre of Pudsey, it’s perfect for commuters.

Hi, I’m Claire, 25, and I’m looking for a housemate to make the most of this fantastic space. I work full time and spend quite a bit of time out, so at the moment the kitchen and lounge are not getting the time and attention they deserve, and sometimes it’s a little lonely to get home and not have anyone to have a natter with. I’m fairly independent, tending to hang out happily in my room but I love cooking with people or watching a movie together. (I really love movies)

I work in events and through summer I’ll be out most weekends early til late. Through the week I tend to work a 9-5, although I’m happy to welcome those with less sociable hours too! I've worked in bars, in retail, in hair dressers and so on and so forth, so I do appreciate not everyone works regular hours and I try to be respectful in terms of noise!

The bedroom available has a wardrobe and storage included.

There is another housemate currently occupying one of the rooms. He’s a 25 year old professional. He does smoke, but not in the flat. He also works long hours!
