Hello,
The house used to be a hotel, so its quite large and has 2 large lounges and a ballroom. with 2 wet bars.
Loads of private parking.
The house is in a very nice area of Rawdon Leeds.
About 5 minutes from the airport.
If you can do some kind of maintenance on the building I could discount the rent accordingly. It needs a maintenance person to take care of general issues.
The rooms are ensuite, located
on the second floor.
The bathrooms have electric showers.
The main house has a gym area, workout room, 2 lounges and a very large kitchen. Loads of parking and space for bicycles.
There is even a ping pong table and exercise machine.
There is a front and rear garden with picnic tables. There is a nice wooded area to go walking behind the house. It's a protected woodland area.
The main kitchen is restaurant kitchen so it's huge with 2 ovens 5 fridges and 2 washing machines. And a clothes dryer.
The cleaner comes once a week to clean the shared areas and is included in the rent.
Its a social house everybody tries to get along and occasionally will cook together and do shared activities.
The room is is available middle to the end ojf July.
