We have a recently renovated Double Studio Room with En-suite in a shared house with three other rooms located in Riddelsden. The rent is £100 per week and includes , Heating, Water, common areas Electricity and High speed Broadband.
The room has its own Private En-Suite shower and toilet. There is a shared kitchen with full cooking facilities including Microwave Toaster and Kettle. There is a further shared Utility area with Extra cooking facilities including a Washer Dryer and sink. A private fridge is provided in the room along with a TV point. You only pay for the Electricity you use in your room.
The room is furnished with Divan Bed Wardrobe and Chest of drawers.
The house is located in Riddlesden about 20 minutes walk from Keighley Town Centre and Railway Station with links to Leeds Skipton and Bradford. At the end of the street are Bus stops with links into Bingley Shipley and Keighley. The local Co-op is located one minutes walk away along with Post Office ,Laundry and take-a-ways. The property is located near to the canal with nice walks.
All that is required is two weeks rent in advance (£200 ) plus a £200 refundable secuirty deposit.
