Hi, I'm Luke, 29. I'm going travelling so I'm looking for someone to take over my room while I'm away. i don't have a return ticket but I'll be away for a minimum of six months.
My house-mate will be occupying the other room in the house.
About the room/house:
The room is an attic bedroom, it already has a double bed with storage and clothes rails.. The bathroom is shared on the floor below.. The ground floor has the kitchen and the living/dining room.
About the area:
The house is located in the lively village of Ripponden. Inbetween Huddersfield and Hebden Bridge, the closest town is Halifax. It has easy access to the M62 and within commutable distance of both Leeds and Manchester. It was recently in the Sunday Times list of 100 best places to live in the UK.
