I'm a professional working in Leeds and living in a 3 bed town house 15 mins from City Centre on the outskirts of Rothwell. I'm looking for one professional to fill a lovely furnished double room on the second floor. I work from home 2 days per week, but spend much of my time out and about. FYI space is only available from now until end of April

Floorplan is shown with your room marked. The top bathroom toilet will be shared, but you will have exclusive use of the shower as I have one en suite. The rest of the house is shared and can be agreed as to use of space.
