Given that I own the property, I want to offer a home feeling instead of a student, short let, kind of environment.

Privacy or evenings on your own in your room will be respected (we all need our own time, we all have hard days), but I would like to avoid an environment where people hardly communicate or share.

I am looking for someone to rent long term and although circumstances do change, I would prefer a minimum of one year.

I am a professional and during the week the house is quiet, although I probably have friends over for a cup of Tea or Dinner two or three times a week. I encourage you to do the same.

On weekends, we all need a drink. Friends are welcome.

The house has 3 rooms and 3 living areas: Kitchen with Dinning Area, Living Room and a Insulated Cellar that I converted into a Cinema Room.

I cook everyday and like my food. Kitchen will be busy.

I have a cleaning lady 4 times a month to clean the shared areas. This cost is to be shared by everyone.

Although I have been living in the UK for the last 14 years, I am originally from Portugal.

The Bus 444 and 446 to Leeds City Centre stop literally outside the front door.

Your are less than one mile away from the A1, M1, M62 and M621. This is ideal for those working in York, Bradford or Harrogate that drive and want to live in Leeds.
