Living room

Room available Monday to Friday (4 nights). The house is a 1930s semi-detached property on a quiet road on the Roundhay/Moortown border. It’s bright and peaceful (and cosy in winter). There is a separate toilet and bathroom and a well equipped kitchen. The living room has a tv and lots of books. The bedroom is at the front of the house and is large.

The back garden is a great place to relax after work. There's a summerhouse and a sunny patio where you can eat or enjoy a drink.

There’s plenty of parking space on the street and sometimes on the driveway.

It’s a 15 minute walk to Roundhay Park, 10 minutes to Street Lane shops, bars and restaurants, 5 minutes drive to Chapel Allerton, 5 minutes walk to regular buses into the city centre.

You would be sharing with me, the owner and on occasion another (female).
